Today I thought I’d share photos of sweet kitty moments. Those of us who subscribe to facebook and other social media and news programs are bombarded by hard news, fake news, alarming news, alarming opinions, and scare tactics along with lovely sunsets, rainbows, kittens, bunnies, and baby bears. I pretty much always flip past the hard stuff and I concentrate
on the sweet puppies at play, the dog and cow or deer and cat who have made friends, the chicken 
who meets her little girl at the bus stop after school every day, the dog and cat who take a walk around the block together every day, the colt that frolics in a field of wild flowers, the baby goats who hop and skitter like popcorn on a not skillet…well, you get it. I also stop to read messages of hope and caring and kindness. And I like preserving moments like these that bring a smile to our face anytime, especially in this time of uncertainty.
Cute kittens. I’m doing the same, staying positive. Attitudes are everything, and focusing on the good we can do is a great way to stay sane.
On another subject, do you think you will incorporate this pandemic in any of your future books?
Will I incorporate this pandemic in any of my future books? Knowing me, probably not. I think it is too serious and, for some, a real tragedy. I think I’ll write on as if it didn’t happen. But we don’t know what the future holds and there may be something that comes of it that I’d like to write into one of my stories. How about you? Are you inclined to want to use it as a backdrop in your books? Like someone wrote the other day, it’s as if Stephen King is writing a script for the world right now.
