Our hearts go out to the Ukrainian people and their pets. I think we’ve all see photos of people carrying even large dogs and willing cats, seemingly without restraints—just carrying them and whatever food and other necessities they’ll need trying to make it to safety.
Did you know there was a famous cat living in Ukraine—a cat that has over a million internet followers? He is known as one of the world’s top pet-fluencers. There’s also an organization governing pet influencers and they reportedly helped this unique cat, Stepan, and his family escape to safety in France. Here’s one rendition of that story.
